Specialty: Kyra is able to use a mixture of electric and vortex jutsu's (think Fable 3 when you spell weave vortex and electricity magics XD) Which is why she always has goggles, so she doesn't get anything in her eyes when she's creating her own electrified tornado.

Likes: Piercings, books, weapons, her goggles.
Dislikes: Feeling isolated, when her electricity back fires and hits her, the Akatsuki.

Personality:
Pre-ship- Hyper, outgoing, loves to smile and make people smile. She overall was fun-loving and loved life.
Shippuden- Closed off, doesn't like to get close to people, easily angered, doesn't like people to see how scared she is.

Bio: Kyra was orphaned as an infant, her parents putting her up for adoption since she was an un-planned pregnancy. Though quickly, the adorable pink eyed baby was adopted by Aina and Teruaki Li, a loving couple that were having problems having their own children.

Growing up, Kyra was always a very hyper and outgoing child, making friends very easily. Her best friend was a young girl named Sora Jun, who ended up being one of her partners in her ninja team.

Her team consisted of her best friend Sora, a boy named Tetsuya and their Sensei Hiroki. The four of them quickly became very close, and worked well as a team.

Though this team was short-lived. One mission went terribly wrong, and in an unexpected turn of events the team went missing. For almost three years were never heard from, until one day a badly injured sixteen year old Kyra found her way back to the village. Her left arm was almost torn right from her shoulder, her mind scared to the point where she was barely able to remember her own name.

After a few weeks of treatment, the memories of what happened had begun to surface. She watched her entire team brutally tortured and killed in front of her eyes, and by some sort of miracle she had managed to escape, but she would never be the same again.
